   Located in the consteallation Cygnus, star cluster NGC 6991 also has reflection nebula IC 5076. This blue reflection nebula is caused by the bright star in the cluster HD 199478 and its light being reflected from the surrouning brownish interstella dust. This star is a blue giant with a magnitude of 5.7 can be seen about the 3 o'clock position of IC 5076.
